Will I receive the exact same product as shown in the picture?

Yes, we strive for maximum accuracy. However, as our items are handcrafted or unique artworks, slight variations in shade or detail are hallmarks of authenticity. Please note that color rendering may vary depending on your monitor settings.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view and download your receipt in the "My Account" section. A detailed order confirmation will also be sent to your email address immediately after purchase.

How can I return an item?

For non-personalized items, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for instructions. Items must have the security seal intact. Please note: Commissioned artworks and personalized products are unique and cannot be returned.

Will out-of-stock items be restocked?

Many fashion accessories are periodically restocked. Some exclusive items are available for "Pre-order" with specific production times noted on the product page. Unique artworks, once sold, will not be restocked.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination, departing from our logistics center in Italy:

  • Italy: 2–5 business days.

  • Europe: 3–7 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 5–21 business days (subject to customs clearance). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Bank Wire Transfers. Every transaction is secured by an SSL certificate and advanced encryption.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours at [email protected]. Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.

How do commissioned artworks work?

Commissioning an artwork is a shared creative journey. You will collaborate directly with the artist and receive regular updates (photos/videos) during the process. Due to the personalized nature of this service, orders are final once production begins.

 

How is my artwork shipped?

We use reinforced packaging and specific protective crates for fragile works and glass prints. All shipments are fully insured. Important: Upon delivery, always inspect the package. If you suspect any damage, sign the delivery slip with a "Specific Reservation."
